Information you choose to send

When you request a quote, sample or private-label discussion, you may send your name, company, country, destination, contact details, product SKUs, quantities and procurement notes. We use those details to respond to the request, confirm product and freight scope, and keep the related business conversation accurate.

Website measurement

Optional analytics and campaign measurement load only after you choose to allow them in the site preference banner. Depending on which measurement IDs are configured, this can include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. If you decline, the site continues to work and those optional scripts are not loaded. If you later change an earlier choice to decline, the site blocks further optional events and asks supported providers to disable measurement; information already sent cannot be recalled. You can change your choice at any time from the footer’s Privacy choices link.

Buying assistant

If you use the buying assistant, your latest messages, saved buyer notes, page path, page title and language are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to prepare a response. The site stores up to 40 messages and buyer notes in this browser for up to 30 days after activity. You can clear the local chat and notes using the assistant controls. Cloudflare handles requests under its applicable service terms; clearing browser data does not delete information already sent to the provider.

Wholesale inquiry routing

If online RFQ routing is available, the details you submit are sent to the configured inquiry service and may be stored in the site business database. The contact form can also prepare a draft without sending it; you choose whether to open WhatsApp or email and send that draft. A successful online routing response means the service accepted the request, not that an order was placed.

Local browser storage

The site may use browser storage for language, currency, inquiry flow, buying-assistant history and analytics preferences. These site preferences remain in this browser and are not a cross-device identity system. Third-party analytics or advertising platforms may use their own identifiers under their terms.

Third-party destinations

WhatsApp, email, social platforms and other destinations open under their own terms and privacy policies. Sending a message through one of those services shares the information you include with that service and with the intended KINGFACTORY contact.

Retention and requests
